What it is

One Infinite Inbox is a web app for making forms and sending them in the chat apps your customers already use: WhatsApp, Telegram, Messenger, LINE and WeChat. An order form, an enquiry form, a booking form, or anything else you need to ask.

Each customer gets their own link, so their answers, photos and files land on their own card, in order. The team sees where each customer is, from the first message to the order, without retyping anything.

How it works in each app

• Telegram: your own bot, made in a few taps, with a menu and a greeting button that opens your form inside Telegram. Messages, photos and voice notes come into the inbox.
• WhatsApp: your own WhatsApp opens with the message and the customer’s form link already written.
• Messenger, LINE and WeChat: the message and link are copied, ready to paste and send from your own account.
