Step 1
Make your form.
Start from the ready-made order form, enquiry form or contact form, or an empty one. Add the questions you need: taps, photos, phone numbers, countries, dates. Make it once and use it for every customer.
Step 2
Send it from your own WhatsApp.
Add the customer once with their name and number, then pick “Send the form”. Their first name and their own form link are filled in. Tap Open in WhatsApp: your WhatsApp opens with it all written, and you press send.
Step 3
They get a short, personal link.
It arrives in the WhatsApp chat they started, from your own number, like any other message from you.
Step 4
They answer, mostly by tapping.
The form opens on their phone. One question at a time, with photos straight from the camera and phone numbers with their country code.
Step 5
The card fills itself in.
Every answer lands on their card, the card moves to “Form done”, and your team can get an alert. When they are ready, send the order form the same way.

Do I need the WhatsApp Business API, or an approval?
No. One Infinite Inbox opens your own WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business, on your phone or computer, with the message already written. There is nothing to apply for and no fee per message.
What kinds of forms can I make?
Any form you need: an order form, an enquiry form, a booking or contact form. Start from a ready-made one or an empty one. Questions can be taps, short or long answers, photos, files, dates, numbers, emails, phone numbers with their country code, countries from a list and tick boxes, on as many pages as you like.
Do my customers’ WhatsApp messages show up in One Infinite Inbox?
No. Your conversations stay in WhatsApp, where they are now. The card keeps what matters for the order: every message you send from One Infinite Inbox, every form answer, photos and files, your notes and the order number.
Does my customer need to install anything?
No. The form opens on their phone straight from the link. Each link belongs to one customer, so the answers always land on the right card.
Can I change the messages and the forms?
Yes. They are yours. Change any message or question, add your own forms, and write a version for each language your customers use.
Can several people in my team use it?
Yes. Everyone signs in with their own passkey, and each person sees only the websites they work on. Every message they send is logged on the card with their name.
