One Infinite Inbox for Telegram
Make your own bot in a few taps, without a developer. It greets every new customer, shows its menu, and opens your order or enquiry form right inside Telegram.
Type your bot’s name and sign in to your Telegram once. One Infinite Inbox talks to BotFather for you, connects the bot to your website, sets its menu, description and picture, and signs out of Telegram.
Every new customer gets a card by themselves, and your bot greets them with a button for your form. The bot’s menu, with its Start command, is set up for you.
No browser and no app switching. They answer, tap Send, and they are back in the chat.
Their messages arrive in One Infinite Inbox, and your replies go out on Telegram. Photos, files and voice notes they send land on the card.
Add the bot to a Telegram chat with your team, and it tells you about new chats and answered forms as they happen.
The questions you used to ask one by one in Telegram become one form. What comes back is already in order.
Answers land on the card exactly as your customer gave them. No copying from chat bubbles into a spreadsheet.
Ready-made messages fill in the customer’s first name and their own form link. Change them any time.
Send the order form for the official name, address and documents. The order number stays on the card.
Every message sent from here, every answer, photo and note is on the card’s timeline, for the whole team.
Telegram shows a Menu button beside the message box. Your bot’s menu has Start, which greets the customer again with your form button. The bot’s description and picture are set for you too.
